Neighborhood Blocks gives an apartment building one public page behind one permanent link — rent and maintenance pointers, a building guide, and a neighborhood layer. It sits on top of the software a building already runs. It is not a rent-collection service, a property-management system, or a source of legal or financial advice.
Property managers are responsible for what they publish on their building's page: the guide answers, links, photos, and notices. Publish only content you have the right to use, keep it accurate, and don't use Blocks for anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful. You own your content — we just host and display it for you.
The Starter block is free for Tulsa buildings during the launch. If it ever gets a price, we'll tell you at least 30 days ahead, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Building your own block is $3 per occupied unit per month, billed month to month, with a 20% discount if you pay for the year. No sign-up fee, no contract — cancel any month with no exit fee. If you leave, we'll send your guide content to you as a file.
Building pages link to rent portals, utility sign-ups, and local resources that other companies run. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and we're not responsible for them.
Deco, Pulse, and the resource links exist to connect people with help early. They're a doorway to real local resources, not a guarantee of assistance, and not a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, call 911.
We work hard to keep Blocks fast and available, but it's provided "as is" — we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We may update the product and these terms as Blocks grows; if a change matters, we'll say so plainly on this page and update the date above.
