Pulse · live
Pulse is a live indicator of need on the block. Every time someone reaches for help through Deco, the heart beats once more: real requests, counted the moment they happen, anonymous always. No annual report, no waiting.
Where the block is being asked to show up.
Where these numbers come from. When a resident answers Deco's questions and gets pointed to real local help, that request is counted here — no names, no units, no details. Pulse exists so a city can watch its own need, and show up before the 1st does.
